operating duty:
1. Be familiar with the inspection process, work carefully and actively.
2. Be familiar with the standards, drawings, processes and inspection documents of the inspected products;
3. Conduct the first inspection and supervision sampling inspection on the process products according to the inspection procedures to ensure that the nonconforming products are not mixed into the next process.
4. For the inspected nonconforming parts and raw materials, a nonconforming product treatment sheet must be issued, and the corresponding nonconforming products shall be treated according to the treatment process. At the same time, the nonconforming phenomenon shall be fed back to the production supervisor, and the causes of nonconformity and corrective and preventive measures shall be replied in time.
5. Arrange the work site at any time, strictly distinguish "products to be inspected, qualified products and unqualified products", and there shall be no missed inspection and false inspection;
6. Maintain and properly keep the monitoring and measuring equipment in use, calibrate it before use to ensure its accuracy, and timely adjust or send it for repair in case of deviation;
7. Often go to the production site to listen to quality information. Timely handle the quality problems caused by missed inspection and false inspection, and make corresponding records to prevent recurrence;
8. Carefully prepare the monthly report of incoming inspection;
9. Complete other tasks assigned by department leaders.
